Professor Erlinge’s research is focused on acute coronary syndromes, vulnerable plaque, therapeutic hypothermia, cardioprotection and platelet function. He has published >300 original articles in peer-reviewed scientific journals.

CLINICAL ADVISOR

An experienced Interventional Cardiologist with 17 years in the role. Evelyn is now Consultant Director of Research at the University Hospital of Zürich, Switzerland. She has co-authored >300 articles published in major peer-reviewed scientific journals.

JOOST DAEMEN, MD. PHD.

CLINICAL ADVISOR

Senior Interventional Cardiologist at the Thoraxcenter, Erasmus University Medical Center, Rotterdam. Joosts clinical activities include complex PCI, intracoronary imaging and structural heart interventions. Joost is highly involved in cardiovascular research with >250 co-author peer reviewed publications. His research focus is intracoronary imaging, physiology and renal sympathetic denervation. Joost is a fellow of the European Society of Cardiology (FESC).

JAN WALD, MBA, PHD.

Jan Wald has over 35 years of experience with Medical Device and Technology companies, most recently as a Managing Director Advisor at Silverwood Partners. Jan has held management positions at Guidant Corporation and Honeywell Inc. in Clinical Sciences and Research and Development and Product Development. He did Post-Doctoral studies at the University of Minnesota at the Center for Human Learning, has a Ph.D. from Brandeis University and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. Jan brings his wealth of experience to advise Kaminari Medical.
